900 tris (I think it was). The roof texture is low-resolution (I had to resize it to fit the others at acceptable resolution), 1024×1024 texture, on a 4 by 16 lot.

300 rooms, quality is 3 stars, with 70 worker slots. The design is based upon a standard 1970’s Japanese public housing design, built in various but similar configurations (some textures are from Toshima housing estate), with a long light-well in the centre of two slab sections with atrium-facing deck-access.
