1963 KFC diner (ploppable RICO)
Colonel Sanders; his chicken is probably more finger lickin’ good than he is. Today KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) is a fast food chain headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky. KFC is owned by the same people who own Pizza Hut and Taco Bell… now realizing why you probably see so many of them paired together as restaurants outside the typical mall.
Harland Sanders was made honorary Kentucky colonel by the Kentucky governor in 1936 after Sanders had proven his success with his newly incorporated delectable recipes which he learned as a child. According to the general Wiki for KFC, surprisingly Sanders refused to deep fry his chicken as he believed it would lower the quality of his product. However, with advanced in cooking technology Sanders learned new ways to retain his quality pan-fried chicken while still cooking them at a faster rate.
By 1963 KFC was the largest fast food operation in the United States. As such, it is his 1960s style fast food joint that was chosen to pay homage to KFC within this workshop.
