Model From Forza Horizon, LOD4 Extracted by gamemodels.ru, Converted for Cities Skylines By Me, One more round of manual optimization created this model. Removed Wheels from base model, removed rear end, added Type III Chassis from Ford E350 ALS Remapped Wheel texture and lights, original AMR texture credited to koudai’s GTA V AMR Textures[www.gta5-mods.com], flipped, edited, modified to make it more “original”, then released.

Stats are the same as the default ambulance.
