Ghost Unit Hunting For DUI Suspects

The Arizona State Troopers use ghost units to simultaneously fulfill the roles of a marked and unmarked patrol car. With markings that blend in with the vehicle (only visible when light is reflected off of the livery), it’s harder to notice, especially at night. Thus, this vehicle is primed to catch unsuspecting speeders and drunk drivers.

This is not an “animated” model that changes over time. Rather, due to the darkness of the lettering, as with real ghost units, you can only see the livery when light is reflected onto the paint.
