“The Fire Helicopter Depot houses fire fighting helicopters,
ready to dash out when needed. Fire fighting helicopters can
reach fires at locations with no road access, and avoid traffic
jams unlike ground vehicles. Fire fighting helicopters are the
only way to extinguish forest fires. Fire helicopters don’t
have a range, but help out the Fire Brigade when needed.”
