It will not attract people or create fake usage.

Has 3 required items.
Not subscribing should not break the asset however it will lack some of the visuals.

UPDATE 08/09/2017:
– small positional changes
– removed the iron fences (I have no idea what I was thinking when I added them originally…)
– removed 1 disabled spot
– added custom disabled signs (additional requirement)
– changed entertainment values (they were so low, they had almost no impact whatsoever)
