This is a 32m wide asymmetric road. It comes in 3 separate road styles: Pavement, Grass and Trees! 4 Lanes plus the extra lane depending on which way you build. Each Road has ground, elevated and tunnel options.

Sometimes the game can choose interesting lane configurations at junctions – maybe you wanted a left dedicated turn and it’s giving you a forward left. I recommend using Traffic Manager: President Edition and it’s connecting lanes feature to edit this!
That being said, if you structure your connecting roads properly (using different lane counts) you can often get the desired turning lane without mods ?
