Tracks time spent in current city

This mod is made on PhoenixC64[www.twitch.tv]‘s request.

You can go to mod’s options to see currently spent time.
It logs currently spent time to log (log settings can be customized through main menu). If you want to change log file’s name, do it in main menu.
