Xiamen International Center (501 Lujiang Ave.)
Hey Everyone,
Today I would like to present you with my first Asset in Steam Workshop (and, obviously, first asset for Cities: Skylines). This 340 meters tall skyscraper is the tallest building in my Hometown, the city of Xiamen (or, more widely known as Amoy), and it’s also the tallest building in Southeast China.
This would be a beginning for a series of assets (mainly skyscrapers and historic buildings) that are based on buildings and structures in my hometown

About: Xiamen International Center (501 Lujiang Ave.):
Designed by Gensler and ISArchitecture, Xiamen International Center, at 339.9 meter (1115 feet), is not only the tallest building in the City of Xiamen, but also in Southeast China (roughly the region south/west of Shanghai and north/east of Shenzhen), and thus winning it the nickname “The Peak of Southeast”. The building boasts 115K square meter office area, a high-end retail podium, and a 296 meter viewing platform. The building was topped off at 339.9 meter in April 2016, and is now near its completion.
There is also a secondary tower, the Baojia Center, at 185 meter. Which will host a 5 star hotel (unconfirmed sources claim it to be Hyatt Regency), and is now undergoing basement construction. I will have this one as a separate asset in the future.

厦门国际中心项目还有一栋副楼——宝佳中心。预计高度185米，目前宝佳中心正在桩基施工，未来将会入驻国际连锁五星酒店（据不可靠消息称是凯悦酒店）。我将会在未来制作宝佳中心的资产。

Conçu par Gensler et ISArchitecture, le Centre International de Xiamen est le plus grand bâtiment à la ville de Xiamen, et en le sud-est de Chine. Par conséquent, il est surnommé « le sommet de sud-est ». Le bâtiment aura 115K m^2 de Bureau, un podium pour haute vente au détail, et une plate-forme panoramique sur 296 metre.
Il-y-a aussi un bâtiment secondaire – le 185m Baojia Centre, et je le ferai bientôt.
