Banner Pack – 7 Communist Era Wall Banners
What’s the most common RICO building type out there? That’s right, Soviet era residential buildings! So, here is a little something for those players who want to model a city based in that era, would like something Cuban, etc.

Obviously, the two Cuban banners are still in use, and the one with the medal The Order of the Great Patriotic War is still used in all Victory Day parades in Moscow to this day.
These are almost all higher quality textures than normal (because of detail). This makes each detailed banner here 25% higher file size than the regular wall banner, which is an average size. Obviously, the plain red banner did not require a larger texture.

Meter size on images isn’t quite right: I made plenty of pictures so you can see. They are 75% the dimensions of the original Chirper banner by Armesto, which is 16×4 meters
MODS: You will need the mods on the right to use these in-game. You don’t need any of the mods on the right if you are just going to use these in asset editor to add to a building you customize.

You can make any banner flag you want! You only need a tiny bit of knowledge of Photoshop or GIMP!

His guide shows you how to do the steps in Photoshop / GIMP (very similar) and gives some great tips.
