This residential area has access to the speedway.

At the moment, there are the following versions:

1) Residential quarter v1 with a ring junction on the surface and underground.
2) Residential quarter v2 with a ring junction on the surface and under the ground + exit on the expressway.
3) Residential quarter v3 with the two-level roundabout junction and the roundabout junction underground.
All residential areas are compatible.
And as Special card for these residential areas.
