Toronto Police Headquarters opened in 1988 as the headquarters of the Toronto Metropolitan Police Service. The building was designed by “Shore Tilbe Irwin and Partners” and “Mathers and Haldenby”. The facility is sometimes refereed to as “The Pink Palace” and “The Pink W**** House” by those in the force. The facility also includes a full stocked bar on the 4th floor which is usable by senior ranking officers and admins.
