Ruhnu Island [map]
Ruhnu is an Estonian island in the Gulf of Riga in the Baltic Sea. It is administratively part of Saare County but is geographically closer to the Latvian mainland. it has currently fewer than 100, mostly ethnic Estonian, permanent inhabitants. Prior to 1944, it was for centuries populated by ethnic Swedes and traditional Swedish law was used.
Ruhnu island might be one of less known islands of Estonia, and it doesn’t have anything big on it aswell, lately it’s population has been getting smaller and smaller every year, can you show the people the real might of Ruhnu and build it into one of Estonias biggest cities?
The map has Car, Plane and Ship connections, aswell as some ore and agricultural land. you start in bottom right corner of the island where the tunnel for cars comes out. The scenario starts with rufly how Ruhnu island looks now, but becouse it’s Cities Skylines it has more citizens then in real life and quite many major details aren’t in there, aswell as some roads might not be acurate.
