Vertical panel barriers, with two different colored versions (orange and white). Around where I live, these seem to be used more frequently than traffic cones or barrels.

Low-poly, 256×256 textures, and shares specular and opacity maps with the other vertical panel barriers in my roadworks collection if you use the Loading Screen Mod.

All my signs are props, so you need to use More Beautification mod to place them. They show up in the general props category (the park bench icon).
