This map is loosely based on the Durango Colorado area, not the Mexican state. This area is all about mining, or at least the area was at one time all about mining, but now I suppose it’s more about tourism. There’s no oil, but there is lots of mining available and a smaller area of fertile ground. It’s an easy start, but depending on the direction you build, you might need to terraform pretty quickly. There are a variety and vast quantity of trees… I just can’t help myself with all the beautifully done tree assets that are available.
