Level 1 Unique Buliding

Modeled after – but not exactly – the Safeco Center Building in Seattle.

Constructed in 1992 at a cost of $100,000,000 the Safeco Center Building designed by the Zimmer Gunsul Frasca Partnership stands at 96 meters tall. The mesh for this asset is around 86 meters tall, 10 meters shorter than the original bulding. The footprint is about the same – in game at around 9×9 – or IRL – 72 meters square.
