Again, you can change the light bar colors to anything you want. If the lighting is too much you can turn it off by changing all color variations to black in the asset editor.

For the sake of variation, this one is quite a bit shorter than my previous H5. I intend to fit most of my future highrise buildings somewhere in between, with a few exceptions for taller objects (Such as the unique headquarters of the evil privacy-invading mega-corporation that manufactures all those shiny grey utility panels attached to all these buildings).
