I present to you one of my better models, Vaughan City Hall. Opened in 2011 it serves as the new headquarters for Vaughan City Council and is one of the first to be certified LEED Gold in Canada. This large facility may be the perfect fit for your large modern cities. I’m actually quite surprised it fit into the games lot size limitations.
