5 Times Square
Next building in my Times Square collection. The 175m (575 ft) high “5 Times Square”, opened 2002.
The model itself has 629 polygons (1295 triangles) and all textures are pngs with a size of 2048×1024 pixels. Besides a diffuse, normal, alpha and specular map there is also an illumination mask to make it After-Dark ready (see screenshots). Besides the main building, 2 HVAC props are created and at the rooftop. They have 560 polygons together (880 triangles), but can be deleted in the asset editor if necessary (due to performance wishes).
The LOD for the building has 53 polygons (104 triangles).

The tourist stats are bothering me since my first asset. I don’t know if the values are good for your city or not. If no-one visits the building just increase the values in the asset editor by yourself. I’m not going to answer any comment regarding this issue. Talk to the devs about the broken tourist system!
