Los Angeles by John Bon Jovi:

This is my interpretation for a map of the City of Los Angeles.
According to my pacific coast themed maps, I finally made this landscape in the typical JBJ quality. ?
I catched the map with terrain.party and overdone all again. The problem was that LA is just huge in RL. It was not really fitting into the size of the 25 tiles, so I had to do alot to keep the caracter of the city in my map.
First I formed the harbor area new. I made it just bigger, to get the possibilities to still build a huge port, like LA has one.
Second I was forced to do some terraforming to get some hills in the “backside” of the map. So now its possible to make a more realistic hollywood or beverly hills.
Another thing is, that the highway Interchanges, and part of the general layout too, are very inspired by the real LA. Including the sunken highway along the downtown area. But not too much, so there is still plenty of room to build a huge city in between.

I used the tropical setting and I added alot of recorces and 4by4 highway and railtrack in and outs.

Some beaches and a kind of the LA river are there too and still a big flat building area in the most part of the map.
