4 World Trade Center in New York City first started construction on the original 4 WTC lot in 2009 and opened in 2013. Its design incorporates many angles and two “cut away” segments on the north east and south west sides, this almost doubles the amount of corner offices this building has.

The footprint of the building is only in the center so you can build roads on all sides.
