This is not a park, it is an Asset you can zone over the top of it as you please.

WHAT AND WHY: I was testing this underground street parking as a concept and after an hour of watching, I know… but it is what we do, cars do not just drive through, they park and stay awhile, then exit as randomly as the came in. People do come walking out of the underground structure as well. The pictures above where taken within 5 minutes of placing the parking so I don’t see a negative effect on zoning.
NOTE: Place the Underground Street Parking BEFORE your Main Road is placed, and then connect the parking to your street. The underground image is of the Park version I am working on, but shows how it is layed out.
