Baltic Port (Rostock, Germany) v1_3
Euro-Map of Baltic Port City (Rostock in Germany).
Map ist kind of a Mix between the real life place and “fantasy”. This means river, forests, routes, highways and tiny lakes have been placed by using map data, but were shifted or scaled.*
This Map is looking quite similiar to my older Map from April 2015, but it shall play different – that’s why I did not make it an update. Old map still is generic map – without preplaced landscape, and – different from the first version of this map – those other Map include all of C:S’s natural ressources.

– C:Skyline’s natural ressources: NO Ore, NO Oil yet! But full of agriculturally areas and forests.**
– 4/4 Autobahn/Highways transportation lines, air connections and port sites
– Handcrafted, based on real-world terrain data
– pre placed landscaping, i did enjoy to make all the details
– nearly 120.000 trees are placed now, so you’ll have still about the same amount to work with

– Starting tile will bring you to the historical center of Rostock – I just loved this original touch
– Starting tile has kind of reduced size because of the Warnow River within
– Autobahn/Highway A19 and A20 are situated E and S like in real life, but shifted to bring them into playable area
– intentionally „my“ A 19 is connected with Sea Port’s place yet. (different from the older Map; anyway there still is an Highway running to the East (by following B 105 route)
– Rail connection and City Highway to Warnemünde/Sea Shore are not included yet – I felt, it will be nice touch to place both during the game, while the City grows
