Banhammer Regional Office
Get the Ploppable RICO mod here and these Uniques will function just like growables.
Previous update:
I’ve redone the windows and nightlights, toned down the saturation of the colors, rejigged the service floors, and created a new LOD. Why? Well, to be honest, after churning out three more assets and learning tons about making something nice in the process, the faults in this particular asset really started to grate.
So… no more turquoise overload on those blinds, way more thought-out lighting at night, and truer colors on the LOD. This cost us 100KB more filespace and a couple hundred more tris on the model. Sorry!
Tell me what you think in the comments.

Right, so what’s needed more in Cities Skylines’ besides all the fanciful unique stuff this great community has been putting out? I’ll tell you: bog-standard ‘filler’ buildings that are quite a bit larger than the standard growables, but don’t stand out as truly landmark skyscrapers.
Which is why I present you the Banhammer Bank Regional Office, a blocky 120m/393ft downtown office highrise done in a quasi international/modernist architectural style. It’s a quite simple building at its heart, but it involved me having to learn a number of more advanced techniques like making textures that don’t suck, and most important of all: decent-looking windows and nightlights. For this I have to extend mãny thanks to Zed68 and his invaluable guides on Simtropolis[community.simtropolis.com]!
I’ve kept the area around the building quite grassy and sparse to try and emulate the isolated and/or alienating effect that these kinds of buildings seem to have on people! If you don’t like this you are of course free to make a local copy of this building to change things up a bit ?
