Combined-Cycle Power Station
A combined-cycle power plant uses both a gas and a steam turbine together to produce up to 50 percent more electricity from the same fuel than a traditional simple-cycle plant. The waste heat from the gas turbine is routed to the nearby steam turbine, which generates extra power.
This power station is balanced to be an alternative to starting a city with the default wind turbine. It is slightly more cost effective per week in exchange for a higher upfront cost.
It does compete slightly with the default coal power plant, however I believe it will encourage some difficult decisions regarding efficiency over base cost.

It is a little poly-heavy, but not so much more so than some of the skyscraper assets I’ve seen while being exponentially more detailed.
Despite the high number of polygons, this asset is extremely optimized.
