I have organised the transport system and city as follows:
-The city is made of a few smaller ‘cities’ each only having one zone inside (res zones have very small commercial area to help traffic going to the big ones, only totals about 10 squares)
-Each mini city is connected by highway, rail and bus
-Each Highway has large spacing beside to allow for expansion and other transport routes if needed
-The rail may look confusing, it is organised to have an external line and internal line, the external line comes in at the passenger station opposite the road by the Opera House, between Lilac Square(commercial) and Garland District (res) and at two cargo stations at Pick Park and Hillside Heights.
The External Line and Internal Line never meet, this is to ensure there is no backup of train traffic
-There is also an Internal Cargo Line which links the commercial areas to the Industrial Areas
