This is a basic model of DDI / Diverging Diamond Interchange. You can change whatever you want to make it fit to your cities needs like the number of lanes and so on.
As you can see on some of the pictures the basic model needs some plants, trees and decals to fit to whatever type of city or environment you like.

To make it work properly it’s recommended to use Traffic Manager President Edition. I added a few Pictures to show you what i think would be a goof configuration for the lane connector, the rules for the crossing and if necesseary some timed traffic lights. It all depends on your city and what you need for its individual amount of traffic.
