Highway Intersection to R/C/I Grid. Highway on/off-loading should cause minimal traffic issues. Traffic within grid is extremely efficient. Works with any zoning; Residential, Commercial and Industrial (inc. high density, offices, etc)!

It can handle insane loads and can be expanded modularly. To expand simply remove the edges of the grid, expand in any direction you wish, then put back one-way outer lanes (mind to keep same directional flow).

INSTRUCTIONS(!!!): Consider this a small template – AFTER you plop it down you need to expand the grid to whatever size you want! You need to make the grid large enough for the “economy of scale” to kick in.
