A small detached duplex this time, nothing fancy, just filling out some footprints in the level 1 category. This one seems to want to fill 2×3 and 2×4.

About:
If you are familiar with Stellarton, Nova Scotia, you may have heard tell of the Red Row. Stellarton was a mining town for the better part of the 20th Century and this duplex can be found copy/paste on a few streets in the town, namely Rutherford[www.google.ca] and Hudson[www.google.ca] Streets. They were company-built houses for coal miners. I thought it was appropriate for a Level 1.
Pioneer Coal still operates an open pit mine in the town, but the days of underground mining in this area are done. The coal seams in Pictou County, Nova Scotia, while lucrative in their time, were gassy death traps. Most of the old shafts are now flooded. The Red Row houses, however, have remained – either in family hands or as blue-collar rentals. There’s a few buildings split right down the middle with different siding, which I think is kinda neat.
I am working on other actual row houses, but I’d like to release them as a pack.
Usual ask – if you see anything that needs to be fixed with this asset, please let me know.
