Euromast 1:1 | After Dark
-Euromast by Mr Robville-
The Euromast is a unique shaped observatory located near the Maas river in Rotterdam. The structure was originally built with a height of 107 m to overlook the entire Rotterdam skyline. Till 1970, as the city’s buildings grew taller, the Euromast no longer stood out from the skyline, resulting in another additional spire with a “space elevator” mounted on top of the structure, adding up it’s total height to 185 meters. It’s currently one of the tallest structures in the Netherlands.
The model’s scale is 1:1 and can be found within number 5 monuments. It’s also fully compatible with the After Dark update.
I hoped to animate the space elevator to make it go up and down but unfortunately custom animations are not supported (yet) in Cities Skylines.
Polycount of the main model is 8424 polygons (triangles)
LoD model is 146 polygons (triangles) -this time made by myself ?
Texture size is 2048 x 2048 pixels.
Model contains a diffuse. illumination, specular and normal map.
This building is probably one of the most challenging structure’s I’ve ever modelled. You’ll notice there is no consistency at all. Not a wall is the same, floors vary, railings vary, shapes vary, everything varies o_O. Still though, I think the result is worth it.

Enjoy!
