Informations:

The Fontaine du Palmier (1806-1808) or Fontaine de la Victoire is a monumental fountain located in the Place du Châtelet, between the Théâtre du Châtelet and the Théâtre de la Ville, in the First Arrondissement of Paris.

Technical: It uses water only and attracts default amount of tourists.

Because no water effects are available in game, you have to bear with me on the carton cut out water “effects” I used to make the fountain look like it’s working. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I didn’t add night ilumination because I don’t like the in-game huge cones of light. If you want to you can add some lights on your own using beautification and prop mods.

The figures/statues on the fountain are not 3d models, so it still has a rather low amount of geometry in comparison to some other columns available on the workshop.
