Frontage Road with Grid & Palms by Scruzzer
This is built upon Frontage Road by Caphalor. I liked the look of this layout with roundabouts a lot. The original is here:
I simply added a grid with streets 4 spaces apart and some palm trees.
This works surprisingly well for traffic. The drawback is that the freeway creates noise pollution. I tend to put my residential around the edges, services near the freeway and offices and commercial in the middle.
