Hedge and Fountain Park
Hello all, so to start off with please be gentle with me as this is my first upload to the steam work shop.
I really do like a lot of the default parks, beacuse they can move people off the sidewalks, they increase nearby land values and they have income from tourism, however they feel off because of there sizes and using the tools you have while playing to make your own parks in-game is nice and you can make some that are really great looking! you unfortunately lose the bonuses.
So I decided to make my own park using the asset creator and the nice thing about it, is being able to add props, unlike when using the in-game tools.
I have added a few more functions to the park, such as parking, electric and water usage and it also produces garbage! ( have you ever been to a real park they are not clean all the time.)
If any of the stats are to far off where they should be, you will have to let me know.

Ps. if anyone knows how to increase the trees / props count limit (if you can that is) would you mind telling me how to go about changing it.
