J1A Powell Office
When ///Еurasia/// published his Savelovsky City skyscraper collection, I really wanted to have them in my Berlin 1:1 build, but even the smaller buildings were just too tall for Berlin’s humble style. So with Eurasia’s permission, I’ve hacked away at the three smaller buildings, which are named after the jazz & blues greats Benny Goodman, Miles Davis, & B.B.King. Each is now 9 stories tall (instead of 19), is recolored to more muted whites and greys, and is re-lit in brilliant white. These fanciful offices are meant to be the kind of “go everywhere” building that can be used many times around your city. Each is RICO enabled.
The new collection continues the naming theme, paying tribute to the jazz legends “Bud” Powell, Charlie “Bird” Parker, and Oscar Peterson. Each features a small colorful awning appropriated from album cover art by David Stone Martin. Search for “J1” in FindIt! or look in RICO Office tab to quickly bring up all 3 buildings.
This office building is named after legendary jazz pianist Rudolph “Bud” Powell. It features a recessed first floor and a stone textured facade.
