KL Residential Props
Introducing a re-texture of L2 Shop05, except it’s L1 in game for any of ya’ll that still play with growables. I have one other vanilla re-texture half planned, and then I’m done (if it even comes out).
Azteca Mini Market is located in Saguaro Heights, a neighborhood in the chunk of my project inspired by East LA, thus taking on those design cues. The intersection it sits on borders the corner of a neighboring commercial area and is in the presence of two large interchanges, so traffic is a little busier on the surrounding avenues. You can now borrow it for your city, although it fits best in something west coast or southwest based.
It comes with one visual issue: I scaled it to 60% of the vanilla version, meaning the shutter and particularly the door at the back got very small. No one is getting through the rear doorway unless they have dwarfism. Since I don’t know how to edit the actual mesh itself or the UV mapping (please, this isn’t an invitation to tell me how easy it is, it’s just not my focus right now) I blocked it with the plywood board that comes with KL’s Residential Props. The shutter remains because smaller ones do exist in real life and I personally don’t think it looks that bad.
