This is the plaza version of my Lake Point Tower asset from Chicago.

Lake Point Tower is a jewel of the Chicago skyline, its three rounded lobes offering residents unobstructed views of the lake and the city at every angle. It is the only building east of Lake Shore Drive, sparking rumors about the wheelings and dealings that went into its supposedly-illegal development. This serene modernist highrise gave way to its sisters along the lake, Harbor Point and Park Tower Condominium.

The plaza supporting it offers shopping, restaurants, parking, and a 2.5-acre private paradise including an outdoor pool and a nature pond.

In this asset I chose to include only a few generic trees on the park – I don’t want you to have to download 600 different trees and things, so it is up to you to decorate it as you please!
