A greatly-boosted capacity high school to help high-density residential districts save space on zoning for multiple educational facilities. Costs and other attributes have been increased on a *relatively* linear scale to help balance the fact that you will be able to save space in those districts for other services and more residential zones. This was done to try and preserve some semblance of game balance ?

Building attributes and comparison to the default high school;
6×6 zone
Cost – $135,000 (default was $24,000)
Maintenance – $3200 per week (default was $560)
Student capacity – 5000 (default was 1000)
Electricity consumption – 300 (default was 60)
Water consumption – 125 (default was 25)
Sewage waste – 125 (default was 25)
Garbage accumulation – 60 (default was 12)
Radius of education benefit – 1800 (default was 1000 – note this was not increased 5x because the default radius is already extremely large, and at the higher 1800 it covered extensively more area…5000 felt extremely imbalanced)

Workers (these are the types and quantity of educated people that can work at the high school to help service it);
Uneducated – 95 (default was 19)
Educated – 305 (default was 61)
Well Educated – 75 (default was 15)
Highly Educated – 25 (default was 5)
