This church building is a common design in the Latter Day Saints Church ( or LDS or Mormon Church). Includes a crematorium sub-building to help out your death care. Crematorium stats same as default.

The building can be found in Unique Buildings under a new Healthcare tab. I recommend the Not so Unique Buildings mod if you want to place this in your city more than once.
