The eternal debate of 1 vs 1.5 scale OVER!
It’s only an issue because the vanilla assets above 6 floors are scaled inversely to height. Taller buildings are scaled ever smaller, being reduced by almost half in some cases! So I have decided to fix this by rescaling default buildings where necessary.
I added props in most cases, usually just default props: window planters, deck chairs, bushes, trash bins, bike racks, and parking spots. if you want to add more, get Prop Anarchy and go to it.
I will upload more Res as I do them. They appear the biggest offenders to me because the balconies and windows tend to be very distinct. Glass-skinned offices are easier to ignore (except at night… I know…grrrrr)

These are all growable, but they look very odd if the unscaled defaults are also growing. However, there is not currently any way to selectively disable default growables. I strongly suggest using BUILDING THEMES Mod to create a “LifeSize Default” theme that includes other default growables and excludes the ones you are replacing.

This asset OVERHANGS the lot!
It is 8×6, so it will overhang on each side and at the back. Zone a 4×4 lot and leave unzoned space on each side. Until we get larger growables, you will need to be careful with this asset.
I suggest placing it in it’s own theme and using it in multi-building complexes. I made several other overhanging buildings at higher levels, so you could make a theme from them. You can also use the Eyedropper Mod (or buiding search mod) to place the asset, and use a Prevent Building Level Up mod to freeze it. Note that if it burns or abandons, you’ll have to replace it.
If anyone wants to make a Ploppable RICO from this, that’d be awesome.
