Mid-Century Storefront by Exurbanite

Overview

A plain mid-century modern style storefront typical of those found in small towns.

Facade lacks signage and roof is free of junk to give you better in-game customization options. However, I have decided that my future assets will have roof prop randomization as per suggestion of some individuals, so I plan to update this asset in the near future to include that. I also plan on making separate sign and awning packs sometime in the future so you can spruce up the front elevations.

Heavily inspired from a real building in Riverton, WY.
