This grid is designed for walkability and is part of a bigger Modular Grid project I am working on. A central avenue with four rectangular blocks on each side comprise the roads. Each block has a series of flat and raised walking path providing easy access to the rest of the grid. It is possible to never have to use street crossings thanks to the walking path design!

This grid can be expanded to include another 8 blocks on the sides and the initial paths are already provided. Check out some of my Free Flow Roundabouts that you can use to create Avenue corridors surrounding and linked into the grid! This one is designed just for this grid!
