This is a standard 2-lane gravel road with mud decals added. In the image above, it is shown to the right of the standard road for comparison.

The decals will cause a drain on your fps, so be sure you have a fairly good machine before using this road (and even then, use sparingly).

This is intended to be a way for players who like details but don’t want to deal with hand placing a lot of decals to be able to have some sections of their gravel roads to be muddy.
