By request: World-famous as the icon of the Southwest of North America, Monument Valley (Navajo: Tsé Biiʼ Ndzisgaii, meaning valley of the rocks) is a sacred place to the Navajo, and has been featured in countless films.

This map is primarily true to the original USGS heightmap, but of course the play area has been gone over with a fine tooth comb to ensure lots of the area is at a flat level for gameplay, and to add in a “Lake Meade” type desert lake, which is actually really far from Monument Valley ? But, this is CS, we need a body of water and water currents.
