About the model
It’s been a while since I published a model, finally got around to finish this one. ? You can always follow my assetcreations on the Simtropolis forums: or on sketchfab:

This model has about 6333 tris and a 2048×512 texture , with a diffuse, shadow, normal, illumination, color and specularmap.This model has a custom LoD, which is about 440 tris with a 256×128 texture, with a diffuse, color, specular, and illumination map.

If you want this building added to your RICO buildings, add it in the settings menu, under growables. I recommend using the realistic population mod, this will calculate the amount of occupants in the building.

New Orleans is 43-storey, 158.3 m (519 ft) residential skyscraper in Rotterdam, Netherlands, designed by Álvaro Siza Vieira. It is currently the tallest residential building in the Netherlands.
