This building starts my first 4×4 office chain.

Attention: This building will probably spawn A LOT in your citys, its sadly the fault of the gameengine. The game prefers 4×4 lots over any other lotsize, and as there arent any vanilla 4x4s, you will end up with tons of these buidings. Im working on different 4x4s, to prevent this ?
