Oberhausen – Gasometer by Gringlas
The Gasometer is the landmark of Oberhausen. This 117.5m high building was constructed in 1927 and was used to store coke oven gas. In 1994 it was rebuild to be used as a muesum for changing exhibitions and as a obversation spot over the eastern Ruhrgebiet. More infos can be found on:
