One Times Square
Next building in my Times Square collection. The 120m (395ft) high “One Times Square”, built 1903-1905 as headquarter of “The New York Times”. Nowadays used as advertising location and one of the most valuable of its in the world.
The model has 867 polygons (1461 triangles) and all textures are pngs with a size of 2048×1024 pixels. Besides a diffuse, normal, alpha and specular map there is also a color mask (see screenshot).

The tourist stats are bothering me since my first asset. I don’t know if the values are good for your city or not. If no-one visits the building just increase the values in the asset editor by yourself. I’m not going to answer any comment regarding this issue. Talk to the devs about the broken tourist system!
