200 Park Avenue was Built in 1960–63 as the Pan Am Building, the headquarters of Pan American World Airways. New York Airways flew helicopters from the rooftop helipad to Pan Am’s terminal at John F. Kennedy International Airport from December 21, 1965, to February 18, 1968. This flight took only 7 minutes.
