This one works as an inside corner for my other parking lots with an R in the name. Unfortunately, there aren’t many (I only know of one and it comes with its own parking) building assets that will fit around this piece, but hopefully in the future someone will make something. This one is just ahead of its time for now.

It doesn’t come with a road embedded in the lot, you’ll just have to connect the road through this lot using road anarchy.
