– Conceptual Note
Cosmopolitan was supposed to be the four intersection building, which had the connecting elevated walkways to all sides. It was a large office-like building and was not nearly finished. It would allow less freedom in its placement and some issue with road connections in asset editor would prevent players to build it without certain mods. So here is a size-friendly restaurant-top subway station.
